• Procuring raw materials and spare parts only from established and reputed manufacturers/dealers, subject to stringent inspection and testing as per relevant IS/DIN/BS/AISI standards.
• Implementing a pre-planned manufacturing process with built-in checkpoints and milestones, ensuring precision and accuracy at every stage from pipe/shell boring to shaft grinding and bearing housing welding.
• Conducting thorough stage-inspections of all components to assure dimensions are within permissible limits and providing multi-stage sealing for dust and water resistance in our idlers for enhanced product longevity and performance.
• Assembling accurately machined parts and bearings in specially designed units to ensure proper fitment and least friction.
• Performing final inspections by production supervisors and Quality Control in-charge before dispatch, with pre-dispatch inspections offered to customers for complete transparency and assurance.
• Continuously improving our processes and products by actively seeking and incorporating regular feedback from our customers.
